Student Conduct on the Playground |
- All CCJ’s students should know that the playground is not only a place for the morning assembly and for queuing at the end of recess, but it is also a safe area that provides rest and comfort for students after long hours of class work, and at the same time it is a place where they can develop social skills, creativity, thinking and problem-solving skills, and a sense of connection to the school and to their peers.
- On the playground, students should act in a respectful manner and refrain from fighting, bullying, or behaving aggressively.
- Students should keep their playground clean.
- Students should protect the playground materials, such as benches, trash cans, sports tools, LCD screens, and refrain from writing or drawing on the walls.
- Students should refrain from leaving the playground during recess to go to the classrooms or the hallways.
- Students line up immediately and quietly in their designated places on the playground when the first bell rings.
- Students report to the supervisor any cases of disagreement or fighting and abide by the supervisor’s directions.
